Project Architect, for this wee beast, whilst in the employ of Ryders, (completed circa 2003.) Over 10,000 sqm of flexible office space over 4 storeys, comprising 2 wings linked by a central glazed atrium. Based on a geometric plan form of 3 interconnecting leaves, laid over 2 regular open plan office blocks. Standard glazing units and composite panels, more at home on industrial buildings, were creatively combined, to create this gateway development.
