Seaham House
A hard fought extension and re-modelling of a property in Whitley Bay, North Tyneside. Providing a new family kitchen-diner, with access to a first floor lounge and sea view terrace. The project needed to address a number of Local Planning concerns, with regard to public amenity and Highways, and we were very pleased to secure planning after numerous 3D models and proposals.
