Beach Hut and Balcony
A refurbishment of a mid terrace property, near the coast on the outskirts of Whitley Bay, North Tyneside. Which included the remodelling of 2 bathrooms and the master bedroom internally and the re-design of the rear of the property externally. We removed the pitched roof to the rear bay window, so that the owners could access a glass balustraded balcony and make the most of the sea views. We paved and decked the rear yard, to provide an accessible terrace and level access to the house. A timber “beach hut” storage space, completed the rear elevation and provided a degree of privacy to the new ground floor accessible bathroom.
