Ashbrooke
A phased development on a sensitive site, within the Ashbrooke conservation area, in Sunderland, Tyne and Wear. Providing a spacious kitchen, a dining area and a home entertainment suite, all linked with a simple contemporary glazed courtyard. The full height retractable glazed walls fill the rooms with light and open up the spaces to the courtyard, effectively becoming an outside room.
