Timber Frame School Annexe
New 2 story timber framed, school annexe, comprising 3 large classrooms (8m clear span) with WC’s and cloakrooms on the ground floor and office accommodation and quiet learning spaces on the first floor. Exposed glu-lam columns carried the weight onto a thickened raft foundation, and the upper floor construction was supported on 1200mm deep girder trusses, all hidden within the walls.
